Green Vegetable Fritters

Ingredients

85 grams of broccoli finely chopped and any leftover green veggie 
140 grams of squash grated
3 medium eggs
2 tbsp of Oil
3 tbsp of Rice flour
1 tsp of oregano

Procedure to Green Vegetable Fritters
  • Remove excess moisture from the squash by pressing it. 
  • Whisk the eggs in a bowl and include the broccoli, Leftover veggie if you have, squash and oregano. Combine all together
  • Add the rice flour to this blend and keep whisking 
  • Shape the blend into patties 
  • Heat up some oil in a pan and include the patties 
  • Fry the patties until they have a decent dark colored covering 
  • Remove from heat and serve hot
